About Me
Hi. I’m Constantine Papas, Ph.D.
For the last decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of human behavior, emerging tech, and organizational dysfunction — helping teams build better products by understanding the people who use them.
My research has shaped everything from global AR platforms and games to zero-budget MVPs duct-taped together in beta.
I’ve built UXR functions from the ground up, led teams, scaled research orgs, and run studies in rooms with whiteboards, Figma prototypes, Post-Its, spreadsheets, hallway tests, and, once, a supply closet.
I’ve seen how research gets done — and undone — in the wild, and I’ve spent years figuring out how to make it matter.
This site is where I unpack all of it — here you will find sharp, longform takes on UX research, product decision-making, and the ongoing tension between what we know and what we choose to do anyway.
If you’re into thoughtful research strategy, absurd metaphors, and the occasional rant dressed up as a framework — you’re in the right place.
